1- Delivery Timings:
Our delivery hours are between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. While we strive to deliver within these hours, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors such as traffic and order volume. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
2- Responsibility:
Once the order is delivered to the customer address, the responsibility for the products shifts to the customer. Voya bakehouse is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur after delivery
3- Order Changes and Cancellations:
Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order is already in the preparation process.
Cancellations: We regret to inform you that we do not offer order cancellations once payment has been processed.
4- Refunds and Returns:
As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. We cannot assume responsibility for damages caused by the customer, including mishandling, improper storage. refunds for eligible cases may take up to two weeks to be processed from the date the refund request is initiated. We appreciate your patience during this process.If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us with details and photographs, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5- Advance Orders:
we accept orders with a minimum lead time of one day before the desired delivery date. We recommend that customers plan their orders accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
