Standard Delivery Window: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM. While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays due to traffic or high order volume may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
Once the order is delivered to your address, responsibility shifts to you. Voya Bakehouse is not liable for any damage, loss, or mishandling after delivery.
Modifications: We will try to accommodate changes, but they may not be possible if preparation has already started. Cancellations: Not accepted once payment has been processed.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds: Issued only for eligible cases (e.g., wrong or damaged items) and processed within two weeks.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on ingredient costs and seasonal availability.
Orders can be picked up between 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Customers must collect their orders within the selected pickup window. We cannot guarantee extended holding times.

We cannot assume responsibility for damages caused by the customer, including mishandling, improper storage. refunds for eligible cases may take up to two weeks to be processed from the date the refund request is initiated.
